- #23A Light Red- The red filters are made from renowned Schott and Hoya optical glass and allow for maximum contrast on viewing planetary and lunar detail; #12 Yellow - The yellow filter improves contrast on Moon craters; on Mars; channels and polar caps become more apparent
- #80A blue - The blue filter is suitable for Moon; Mars; Jupiter and Saturne observation; it improves contrast on faint areas without affecting the planet's brightness; which is why this filter is often used in combination with others
- #56 Light green - The light green filter is ideal for observing the ice caps on Mars and the yellowish sand storms on the Martian surface; it also improves the contrast of reddish and bluish structures in Jupiter's atmosphere
- A twist of the zoom eyepiece housing changes focal length from 21 mm to 7 mm providing a variety of viewing magnification powers; excellent contrast and sharpness making the zoom also of interest for planetary observing
- Exceptionally long 16 mm to 33 mm eye relief range allows eyeglass wearers to enjoy the entire view while still wearing their corrective lenses without vignetting; the Zoom eyepiece lets you change magnification power without physically changing eyepieces
