- Premium Wood Carving Knife: This Sloyd Knife, based on traditional Swedish design, serves as an essential wood carving knife. Overall length is 7 & 1/2 inches with a 2 & 7/8 inch blade. - Our Sloyd Knife comes razor sharp and ready for use. Much like traditionally-designed Swedish tools, this carving knife is a durable, well-made tool, ideal for spoon carving, whittling, marking, and general woodworking and handicrafts.
- Ergonomic Cherry Hardwood Handle: Designed for comfort and strength, the beautiful Cherry hardwood handle offers a secure grip ideal for prolonged use. Ensures fatigue-free carving. The handle is made of beautifully conditioned cherry hardwood and each one comes with a custom, 100% leather sheath featuring a built-in belt clip. The sheath ensures long-lasting blade protection and makes for easy transport.
- High-Carbon Steel Blade: Crafted from hardened 1095 high-carbon steel, this blade ensures durability and sharpness. A must-have in any veteran or beginner wood carving kit. Ideal for precise work. The 2-7/8" blade is thick along its spine and the core is made of high-carbon steel which results in a very hard edge for superior edge retention. For added strength, the tang of each knife extends completely through the handle. - There's no flex in the blade - which makes it sturdy and extremely reliable. The rigidness and size of the blade allows for deep cuts and markings. *Knife blade is hand ground and polished, not machine stamped from a mold; blade length may vary up to 1/4".
- Includes Molded Leather Sheath: This wood carving knife comes with a durable, molded leather sheath for secure storage and transport. Ideal for those who need a portable solution. #: KN50 Packaged Product Dimensions: Length: 2.00 inches, Width: 6.25 inches, Height: 10.25 inches, Weight: 6.30 Ounces
