- 【Function】They are typically used to create through-holes in hard and brittle materials such as tile, ceramic, stone, and glass. However, due to the hardness of diamond, they can also be used temporarily on other soft materials like wood boards, plywood, drywall, and PVC boards. - 【Note】Diamond hole saw with pilot drill is typically only used for positioning — that is, creating shallow circular marks.
