- Using temperature-resistant and flame-retardant materials, it is secure and reliable, has strong chemical corrosion resistance, and has good heat resistance and insulation. 1.3:1 shrinkage, the hot-melt adhesive inner layer provides airtight protection and easy and convenient installation on cable terminations. Provide sealing, waterproofing, insulation, and protection effects for electricity and control cable terminals.
- 1. Put a heat-shrinkable cable gland over the outer protective layer at the end of the cable. 2. Heat the heat-shrinkable cable gland so that it shrinks around the end of the cable. 3. The heating temperature needs to be controlled well. Stop heating when the shrinkage is in place and the glue over-flows.
- This product has different uses from heat shrink tubing. Since it is thicker than ordinary heat shrink tubing, it takes longer to heat up. It is mainly used for end protection of cables and screws.Instructions for use: Use professional tools (such as a heat gun) to heat evenly according to the specified working temperature (120 degrees). Do not concentrate the heating on a certain point. The recommended heating time for different diameters is as shown in the picture.
