- Broad Applicability: The Power Steering Pump Pulley Tool Kit is suitable for disassembling and installing power steering pump pulleys on most domestic vehicles, including GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Volkswagen vehicles (such as GM 3.1L V6 engine, 2.3L Quad 4 engine, and Ford 4.6L, 5.4L, 5.8L V8 engines). It supports operations on GM V6 engine's pressed-in water pump pulleys and GM belt-driven vacuum pump pulleys, and is compatible with Saginaw, Thompson, Ford C111, and C2 power steering pumps, ensuring easy handling of various power steering pulley disassembly and installation needs.
- Full Tool Set: The Power Steering Pump Pulley Tool Kit includes 1 pump pulley installation tool (3/8"-16 UNF), 1 pump pulley removal tool (5/8"-18 UNF), 1 power steering disconnect tool, 2 fastening screws (3/8"-16 UNF and 5/8"-18 UNF), 1 socket, and 2 puller jaw claws, suitable for pulley hubs with diameters of 1-1/8 inches, 1-1/4 inches, 1-5/16 inches, and 1-3/8 inches.
- Ease of Use: Before using the power steering pump pulley installation tool, lubricate the tool first. Place the threaded screw in the center of the pulley, engage the crescent-shaped clamping shell and lip retainer, then place the gripping nut center piece on top, tighten the threaded bolt to the center of the puller nut end, and easily loosen and remove the pulley with a ratchet, crescent wrench, or pneumatic gun for efficient and straightforward operation.
- Durability: The pulley puller tool kit is made of carbon steel, designed to handle any small pulley work, ensuring durable strength and longevity of the tool. Whether dealing with small or large pulley operations, it maintains excellent performance over prolonged use.
- Convenient Storage & Portability: The power steering pump pulley tool kit comes with a sturdy storage case that neatly organizes all components, keeping the installation tool, removal tool, puller claws, sockets, and screws securely in place. This design makes it easy to carry, store, and access all the necessary tools on the go, ensuring you can handle power steering pulley tasks efficiently anytime, anywhere.
