Whether you're sealing gutters, foundations, or roofing elements, this butyl-based formula delivers a tough, flexible bond that stands up to extreme weather and harsh conditions. Designed for long-lasting durability, it remains permanently flexible after curing, withstanding temperatures from -20°F to 200°F. Its strong adhesion makes it compatible with a wide range of surfaces including aluminum, wood, brick, plastic, and more—making it a reliable choice for both residential and commercial applications. Ideal for outdoor use and below-grade repairs, this sealant can also be painted to match your project, offering both performance and a clean finish.
