SOLOMARK 2" Moon & Skyglow Telescope Filter

The SOLOMARK 2" Moon and Skyglow Filter is designed to enhance astronomical observations. This multi-bandpass filter transmits a high percentage of light in the visual spectrum, improving the visibility of deep-sky objects and enhancing contrast for brighter objects like the moon and planets.

Features:
* Effectively blocks out mercury vapor, sodium vapor, and other emission lines from man-made and natural sources that contribute to light pollution.
* Enhances contrast when observing brighter objects, including the moon and planets.
* Mildly darkens the background of the night sky, making fainter objects more clearly visible.
* Filters out selective wavelengths from low-pressure sodium and other street lighting sources.
* Increases the contrast of deep-sky objects against the background sky.
* Fits all standard sized 2-inch eyepieces and accessories.
* Mounted in a durable anodized housing.
* Threaded on both sides for stacking with other filters.
* Comes with a sturdy plastic case for protection against dust and moisture.
* Main dimension: 2 inch.
